Enterprise & Employment Data

Salary details, attendance logs, performance reviews, contract details, and other HR-related metrics processed via the iHR Vision Odoo ecosystem.

Device Permissions & Access

We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including:

  • Camera/Camera Roll: For uploading profile pictures, receipts, or expense documentation.
  • Location: For geo-fenced attendance check-ins/check-outs (if enabled by your employer).
  • Storage: To download or upload payslips, contracts, and HR documents.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including log files, device model, OS version, and system performance logs.

3. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

  • Manage and maintain your employee account within the iHR Vision platform.
  • Process payroll, attendance, requests for leave, and expense claims.

  • With Your Employer: As an enterprise tool, data generated within the app is shared directly with your employer’s administrative and management personnel via the secure iHR Vision infrastructure.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, including secure cloud hosting providers powering our Odoo backend.

All data transmitted between the App and the iHR Vision backend is encrypted in transit and secured at rest. We retain your personal data for as long as your employment account is active within the iHR Vision framework, or as required by your employer and applicable statutory labor retention laws.
